Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the refund hasn't been processed. Some financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details and payment confirmation. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to initiate a trace with your financial institution.
